With a passion for culinary artistry and years of experience as an executive chef at some of the most notable restaurants in Northwest Arkansas, Chef Thor transforms every event into a gastronomic adventure. Known for his ability to blend traditional and modern techniques, he ensures every dish is both flavorful and visually stunning.
Chef James
James is a barbeque pitmaster whose cooking is shaped by a lifetime of travel, family traditions and a passion for cooking over fire. Growing up in South Texas, he developed a style that blends southern cooking, Texas roots, international flavors and modern culinary techniques. At the heart of it all his philosophy is simple: great food brings people together and every great dish has a story.
Chef Casey
I fell in love with cooking through baking and somewhere along the way it became one of my favorite ways to bring people together. I've always been drawn to the Ozarks, the rivers, woods, getting outside, and the kind of community where people gather around good food. I love cooking alongside people who carry that same spirit. There's just something special about making a meal together, sharing it with good folks and enjoying where you are.
